Access Storage - Sydney

I had one of their storage unit for one month and they always troubled me a lot. I granted them authority for auto payment so that I don't have to pay manually every month, but it looks like whoever did the registration didn't do the auto payment option and I was getting frequent mails about my account being over due and that I had to pay overdue fee. Luckily that issue was resolved by the local staff once I told them the whole scenario. But then again I was disappointed when I found out they locked my unit with another red lock even after I paid the amount, i couldn't get my bed or anything that night and I had to sleep on floor because of this. I was denied access to the storage and my access code was not working. All these issues where solved but again I had a loss of around 100 dollars as some of my items where damaged by rats and other insects. They need to make sure rats doesn't enter the locked units, so that no one else has to go through what I had to. Overall I wasn't happy about the business I did with them.

Pathetic experience. Jim settled a rate and promised to give me first few days free so I can move well before the start of the month. When took boxes to put in the storage, he charged for every day. Apart from money, his attitude was obnoxious. He should realize this is not the last renting storage in Sydney or Cape Breton. If I would have time, never rent his place. If you love to be blackmailed, go there. Jim is a two-faced person. Extremely disappointed. Wont go again.

Excellent units and staff were vey helpful. I used this service for 6 months and I would definitely recommend it.

The owner is actually very reasonable to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate to use in the future.
